During my decade-long tenure in the banking industry, I saw firsthand how many real estate loan applications were denied for not meeting the lending criteria. This led to a great deal of disappointment and frustration for borrowers.

 

I also saw how depositors were frustrated that their money was sitting stagnant due to the low-interest rates in the banking industry.

 

To serve this market, I partnered with a team of real estate professionals to set up a fair platform for borrowers and investors alike.

 

Panda Real Estate Fund, a private lending company: we are a group of retired bankers, brokers, escrow officers, lawyers, loan processors, and technology professionals.

 

It is our mission to help borrowers and investors meet their expectations while providing transparency to create trust and confidence.
